Large Employer Discount
Appalachian Wireless offers discounts to qualifying companies based on certain criteria. One residential account up to 10 lines is eligible for a 20% discount off the data and access fees with the Unlimited or Mix & Match plan selections.
Please note: Multiple discount offers not allowed.
Who qualifies for the Large Employer Discount?
- Companies with 100 or more employees
- Associations (Must pay dues and have 100 or more members)
Automatically qualifies:
- Federal Government Agencies
- State Agencies
- County Offices
- City Offices
- Board of Education
How to Apply
How to apply using a company email domain/work email address:
- Log into your Customer Care Account
- Click on the Billing Tab
- Click Employee Discount
- Please enter the name of the employee applying for the discount
- Next, enter the company provided email address, and again to confirm
- Once all information is correctly entered, please click Submit to apply
After your submission, you will need to access your company provided email account and follow the instructions provided to complete your verification process. Once approved the discount will then be applied to the Appalachian Wireless account.
If your current plans are NOT eligible for this discount it will be shown in the status column. A message will be provided to encourage you to contact customer service to change your plans.
How to apply when the approval is employer verification:
- Log into your Customer Care Account
- Click on the Billing Tab
- Click Employee Discount
- Please enter the name of the employee applying for the discount
- Do not enter an email address
- Click on the dropdown menu and select the employer
- Click the Submit button to apply
After your submission, a request will be sent to your employer with information to identify you based on your account information with Appalachian Wireless. Your employer will then approve or deny your request, pending your status with their company. Once approved by your employer, the discount will be applied to the Appalachian Wireless account.
