Appalachian Wireless will block text messages that purport to originate from a number on the Do Not Originate (DNO) list, as required by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). If you believe that Appalachian Wireless has erroneously blocked text messages that you sent, please contact robotexthelp@ekn.com.  

Appalachian Wireless will only accept complaint emails that include documented, objective evidence of blocking.
