What's this letter I received stating changes were made to my account?
Customers receive a letter anytime certain information is changed on their account.
Reasons customer would receive a letter are:
- Address Change
- CPNI password change
- CPNI phone number change
- CPNI security question change
- CPNI security answer change
- New account where all of this information was created
