Call Detail records can only be requested via a phone call to Customer Service. Name on account and password are required. The first billing cycle is free and any additional records will be charged $1.99 per billing cycle.  Any records that exceed 50 pages will be charged a fee of $25 and a fee of $25 for each additional 50 pages along with shipping.

Process will usually take 5 to 7 days to receive via mail, depending on the amount of pages. However, if the billing cycle period is within the last 6 months, you may also log onto your Appalachian Wireless self-care account and print them for free.

Call Detail Report Basics:

• Can receive report on voice, text and data, for any or all lines on account.
• Text messages will only show the date, time, and number texted.

(Body of the text is not saved)

If texts are sent through iMessage those will show as data usage not as a text.

Call Detail Reports can ONLY be mailed to the address on the account.
