Boosters - Are they easy to install?
Installing a booster couldn't be easier. It consists of the booster and two antennas, one for the inside, one for the outside. The inside and outside antennas connect by coax cable, so be sure to keep that in mind while choosing your antenna location.
Place the booster and inside antenna inside the home or business. They typically will boost 1 or 2 rooms. However, the model of the booster determines the coverage range.
Mount the outside antenna and run the coax cable. It's best to install these near the top of the building, without obstruction of trees. The higher, the better. Adjust the antennas as needed to maximize the signal strength, and you're all set.
Vehicle boosters work very much the same way. Mount the outside antenna on top of your vehicle and have the inside antenna and booster inside.
