First of all, thank you for choosing Appalachian Wireless! Your first bill with us may be higher than normal. This is because your first bill contains prorated charges. What this means that you are billed for a full month of service in advance plus a partial month of service from your initial service start date to the end of the billing cycle. Proration only occurs on initial service start or if you make any plan changes to your account.
You can view Call Detail Records (CDR) by visiting the Customer Self-Care Center and logging in. If you don't have an online account already, registering is easy and painless.
We do not have a method for viewing text messages on your account. You may, however, view call detail records at any time by logging into the Customer Self-Care Center.
Unfortunately we cannot activate devices that were not purchased at Appalachian Wireless. The reason for this is other non-Appalachian Wireless devices contain special settings specific to the carrier to which it was sold and are not compatible with our network.
Absolutely. You can suspend a line at any time by calling Customer Service at (800) 438-2355 or online using the Customer Self-Care Center. Please note that although a line is suspended, you will still be billed at your regular rate for the line of service.
Filing an insurance claim with eSecuritel is as easy as 1, 2, 3. You may do so via their website or by calling their support center at (866) 249-3186. Please have the following information handy:
- Wireless phone number
- Account holder billing address
- Phone or device make/model
- Date, time, location and detailed description of event
- Police Report Number (if stolen)
